I am pleased to offer training and exercises that meet the requirements for various emergency response, emergency management and contingency plans.
Mr. Frederick has been instructing environmental, health and safety courses since 1988. Specifically, he has taught the full spectrum of HAZWOPER courses, including 29 CFR 1910.120 (e) (3), 40 & 24 hour initial; 29 CFR 1910.120 (e) (4) management and supervisor, 8 hour; 29 CFR 1910.120 (e) (8) refresher, 8 hour; 29 CFR 1910.120 (q) emergency response, (following the guidelines of NFPA 472, Standard for Professional Competence for Responders to Hazardous Materials Incidents). In addition he has also taught a full spectrum of Department of Transportation courses.
Mr. Frederick is a qualified US Army instructor, having fulfilled the requirements of Battle Focused Instructor Training Course (BFITC), and served a tour of duty recently as an instructor with the Army National Guard, Ohio Military Academy, Officer Candidate Program.
Now offering training and exercises for Terrorism-Weapons of Mass Destruction. I have teamed with a group of subject matter experts to offer the latest state-of-the-art courses. This includes, but is not limited to, law enforcement, firefighters, hazmat response teams, EMTs and emergency medical personal. More details to follow...
Mr. Frederick is an Adjunct Instructor at Columbus State Community College. He teaches HAZWOPER and other Environmental college courses in their Environmental Technology Division and First Responder courses in the Criminal Justice Programs.
